Returns + Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can take care of you.  Returns and exchanges are accepted on any merchandise if received within 30 days from the delivery date.  All items must be returned unworn and unused, with all product tags intact. 


Refund Process

A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return. 

To return your merchandise, you may select one of the following methods below.  Rock & Rose is not responsible for lost items.

Request for a free, pre-addressed shipping label

Simply send us an email at info@shoprockandrose.com indicating you would like to initiate a return.  We will send you a free, preaddressed shipping label via email.  Simply print and affix the label to your package, careful to remove or cover the original shipping label. Upon mailing, your return will be processed in approximately 10 business days. Available within the continental US only.


Exchange Process

Merchandise exchanges are accepted if received within 14 days of the original delivery date. Before sending your exchange, please send us an email at info@shoprockandrose.com to indicate the type of exchange you'd like to make.  We will send you a free, preaddressed shipping label via email.  Simply print and affix the label to your package, careful to remove or cover the original shipping label. Upon mailing, your return will be processed in approximately 10 business days. Available within the continental US only.
